Privacy policy

In short

We keep what the service needs to work: who you are on Telegram, which Shuffle accounts you connect, your plans and payments, and your claims. We never store your Shuffle password, and a Virtual Claimer session is stored encrypted. We do not sell data, and the site has no advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect

• Telegram: your user ID, name, username and language, when you use the bot or log in to the panel.
• Shuffle accounts: the Shuffle usernames you add, and for a Virtual Claimer the Shuffle account it is connected to.
• Claims and settings: the codes and rewards claimed for you, with their value, result and time, and your settings, such as your claim coin and alert switches.
• Alerts: if you turn on Telegram alerts, the alert itself (for example a tip or a new sign-in), so the bot can send it to you.
• Virtual Claimer session: the Shuffle session you connect, sealed with AES-256-GCM and never written to a log. With email login, your password is used once to sign in and never stored.
• Payments: your orders (plan, amount, status and payment reference). OxaPay handles the payment itself; we never see your wallet's keys.
• Website visits: your IP address, country, browser and the page you came from, used to suggest your language and currency, count visits and protect the service. This log lives in memory, holds only recent visits and is not linked to your account.
• In your browser: the site remembers the language you picked in local storage. Nothing else is stored there.

How we use it

To run the claimers, show your panel, send the Telegram messages you asked for, take payments, answer support and prevent abuse. Nothing else.

Who else is involved

Shuffle, where claims and session checks go; Telegram, for messages and login; OxaPay, for payments; and the services that run our infrastructure: Google Firebase (database), DigitalOcean (hosting) and Ably (real-time delivery). Each of them handles data only to provide its own service.

How long we keep it

Your account data for as long as you use the service. A Virtual Claimer session until you disconnect it or its slot ends; the claimer's stored browser data is deleted 14 days after a slot ends. Our claim log keeps recent events only, and each account's claim history keeps its latest 200 claims.

Your choices

Disconnect a Virtual Claimer at any time and we stop holding its session. Turn Telegram alerts off in your panel. To see or delete your data, message @Goofy021 on Telegram.
